The Casita features a darling, compact, and fully equipped kitchen, highlighted by an open window bar with a stunning reclaimed River Cypress countertop sourced from the Cape Fear River. The living area includes a loveseat, coffee table, media shelving, and an ottoman that converts into a twin bed with a memory foam topper for added comfort. The bedroom offers a plush Queen Nectar mattress, along with a spacious storage closet and armoire. The bathroom showcases rustic Southwestern design with a custom glass shower wall. Enjoy coastal living outdoors on the front bistro patio or the screened back deck with string lighting—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. A fire pit table offers cozy nights with marshmallows, while a Smart TV and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience. A private hot tub, reserved exclusively for guests, is tucked into a secluded garden just steps from the front door.

Although occupancy is set at two, I do allow for a child to accompany under the age of 18, if discussed and approved at booking. If a third adult guest is requested and approved, there is an additional extra person charge of $75. There is no smoking allowed at the Casita. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, etc.. and if marijuana odor is detected, after third party confirmation, there will be an extra $50 odor mitigation charge. Hot Tub Use: Please shower off body cream lotion, oil, mousse, and ‘leave in’ hair product (or put hair up) before entering the hot tub. This prevents a greasy surface film and cloudy water.

The shower is designed for individuals 5’10” and less. If you are taller, you can still shower happily, but the rain shower head will not be fully experienced. This was a mechanical necessity. Ring doorbells located at the front door of the Main house and on the back door of the Main House
