The Carriage house is a whimsical expression of the host, using reclaimed and creatively re-purposed materials and family treasures. There is a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room will fold into a twin bed if you are bringing a pre-approved child. The backyard offers a fire table for cool evening enjoyment and a hot tub dedicated for guest use in a serene garden area outside the carriage house. The Carriage House is ideal for a couple or for two friends visiting Wilmington. Small child allowed upon request and additional fee of $25/night.

Please take off your shoes upon entering the house. Smoking (marijuana, cigarettes, cigar's etc) is not allowed on the property. If the smell of marijuana is detected in the rental, after third party verification, the guest will be charged an extra $250 for the housekeeper involved with the extra odor mitigation. Please treat the Carriage House with respect, as you would treat yours. No more than two guests may stay over night at the Carriage house. While the number of guests is set at two (2), I do allow for a child (18 or younger) as well. If you request a third (adult) person and your request is approved, a $75 extra guest fee per night will be added to your invoice. Hot Tub use: if you have lotion on your body, please shower before getting in the hot tub to prevent an oily film and cloudy water. If you have hair product in your hair, please either rinse it out or put your hair up so it does make contact with the water.

While the number of guests is set at two (2), I do allow for a third occupant, if the person is a child (18 or younger) and I have been advised. I have a Ring door bell at the main house at the front door and a Ring security camera the back porch of the main house.
